Puja has worked as a consultant radiologist in Auckland hospital and Mercy Radiology since 1996. She did a visiting fellowship in Oncology at Royal Marsden hospital in London in 2003, and more recently one in PET-CT at Essen University in Germany. Her main interest is in Oncology Imaging and a special interest in body MRI, especially rectal and prostate MRI. She is involved in the training of medical students and radiology registrars at ACH including film-based teaching and lectures. She was involved in the design and development of the first PET-CT service in Auckland.
